We have used RNS software since 1999, currently operating version R90 using all modules. Our web site is also hosted by RNS and is fully integrated to provide an online reservation facility for our tenants and owner access to their accounts and reservations. We have found that using the whole RNS system helps keep operating costs down and reduces the workload for the rental agents. The integration of accounting, work orders, reservation and vendor accounts make the whole system efficient. Another asset of the system is the ability to buy the size that you need and add to it as you grow. We started with a very small system and kept adding to it, we can now handle up to 500 properties in two separate companies.
