RNS has compiled eight new reports to add to your already comprehensive R90 report lineup.  The eight  reports listed below will give you even more insight to your business's performance.
 
YTD Comparison Reports
The Year to Date Comparisons are four separate reports that compare the year's reservations for the current year and the previous 4 years.  All four reports listed below can be run for all Units, by Reservation Group, by Subdivision or by One Owner or One Unit. These reports do not include cancelled reservations, reservations for 0 nights or reservations with an Owner Reservation Type or Maintenance Day Reservation Type.

Reservation Trends - All Units
This report compares the nights booked, reservations booked and total rents.  The report also breaks down the totals by all units and also be returning units only.  Returning units only include units that were available the previous year as well as the current year.

Reservation Trends - By Unit
This report compares the nights booked, reservations booked and total rents and is broken down by unit.  This report includes the unit number, unit name, the owner's name and the subdivision.

Subdivision Statistics
With the Analysis Reports you'll have the ability to group units by Subdivision.  This report compares the nights booked, reservations booked and total rents and is broken down by Subdivision.

Statistics by No. Bedrooms
This report lists the Averages for Nights, Reservations, Rental Fee and Commission for the number of units based on the number of bedrooms.  It also compares the actual nights booked, reservations booked, total rents and total commissions. The report also shows a percentage which is the percentage of the total year.

Bookings By Week Report
This report lists each week for the current year and previous 4 years and is based on the reservation date.  A reservation with an arrival date of 6/7/07 but a reservation date of 1/8/07 will show in week 1 (based on the reservation date).  There are 3 sections, Weeks, Reservations and Nights.  This report does not include owner reservations, maintenance day reservations, cancelled reservations or reservations with 0 nights booked.

Arrivals By Week Report
This report lists each week for the current year and previous 4 years and is based on the arrival date.   
There are 7 sections on this report and those sections are:  
Weeks - This section shows the number of weeks  booked  for each week .
Res In Yr - This section shows the number of arrivals for each week.
Nights - This section shows the number of nights booked for each week.
Units Rented - This section shows the number of units rented by week.
Ut Not Rented - This section shows the number of units not rented.
% Occupied - This section gives the % of nights occupied for each week
Owner Nights - This section gives the number of nights of owner bookings only for each week.

Reservations By Source of Call Report
This report compares the reservations taken, reservations cancelled and the total Rental Fee charged based on the Source of Call of on the reservations.  The report lists the current year and the previous four years.

Daily Revenue Report
This report lists every day of one month and shows the arrivals, departures and stayovers for each day. It also shows the Revenue for each day which is the guest's total Rental Fee charge divided by the number of days the guest is staying, the Average Daily Rate which is the Revenue divided by the number of units booked and the Revenue Per Available Room which is the revenue divided by the number of available units.
