Housekeeping Module
Available for program: R 9.0 only
 |
The Housekeeping Module will allow the housekeeping staff to coordinate and schedule cleanings and inspections as well as run reports.
Both the Unit Status and the Housekeeping form will show units with a color and the color indicates the cleaning status. The following are a list of colors and what the corresponding status is: |
- Blue Unit is occupied
- Yellow Unit is being cleaned
- Green Unit is clean and not occupied
- Red Unit needs cleaning
The Housekeeping screen allows you to view any cleanings (tasks) that were set up on a reservation's cleaning tab or any tasks that were entered manually from the Housekeeping screen.
This screen lists the tasks by date with the current date as the default. It can also be viewed by All Reservation Groups or just one Reservation Group or it can list all Tasks, Open Tasks or Completed Tasks. Each Task includes the Unit Number, the Task Date, the Cleaning Code, the Task Amount (from the Unit's Hskp Rates), the Priority Code (Low, Med or High). There's a box to select when the Task is started and when this is checked, the program will enter a date and time. If you are using the phone system to update the Housekeeping screen, then this would be done automatically when the housekeeper types in the corresponding code. The same is for the Completed Time. There is a space for any Task Comments and this would be comments that apply to this particular Task. At the bottom of the form there is an area for Unit Housekeeping Notes and this is for the Housekeeping Notes for each unit. When the Schedule Report is run, the Housekeeping Notes will show up on the report.
