MICR Checks are used for companies that have more than one checking account. It enables the user to obtain a check stock that is not specifically designed for one particular account. The RNS Property Management Software will print all of the applicable banking information on the check so that it is not required to constantly change checks for each account. The blank checks are purchased from an outside vendor and printed from the RNS program with a liscensed font, which is purchased through Rental Network Software. This is especially helpful when more than one bank is used as well as more than one company is used to pay Vendors. This feature also eliminates the cost and time of purchasing pre-printed checks and allows the user to utilize one check stock for all checks written.
