When you purchase an RNS software package, a predetermined number of training days are normally added in your proposal.
 
Training is usually done over the internet via Microsoft tm Live Meeting. Live Meeting training sessions can be broken up into 2 hour mini-sessions over multiple days or weeks.  This type of training allows the trainer to progress at the pace of the user.
 
In the first set of training sessions, an RNS trainer will install the software and start training on the fundamentals of the program. This first set of training sessions usually focuses on the reservations side of the software. New users will learn how to setup new owners, units, and guests, search for availability, make reservations, enter charges and payments, etc... The second set of training sessions cover more of the accounting/bookkeeping aspects of the software such as, checkbook reconciliation, owner statements, billings, end of month procedures, etc...

If after your pre-paid training is complete and you feel you still need assistance in the software, you can schedule to have an RNS trainer continue to train you on any area of the program that you need help in. Training can be done on a one-on-one basis or in a larger seminar forum. Many clients also choose to come to our Bradenton, FL office and train away from the distractions of their office.

Additional training is billed at $95 per hour. If travel is required by an RNS trainer, all travel expenses including accommodations are the responsibility of the customer.
