An Owner Services Page on your web site allows your Owners to log in using a pin number and E-mail address. Owners can access information about booked and available dates on their unit and display previous owner statements. It also allows the owner to book available dates on their own unit.
When you purchase RNS On-Line Booking Module, your existing web site can be transformed to a dynamic web site that is constantly updated from your RMS program. As you add or modify unit information, rates, descriptions, images and availability in the RNS program, that information is automatically added or updated on your web site (which is probably a static site right now). - Owner Reservations are entered completely with all current information from the owner file.

- The RNS Web Site is a 24x7 gateway to the world. In a short time, it will likely become the busiest reservationist in your company.
General Requirements:
- RNS Rental Management Enterprise Edition Software, version 9.0 or higher.
- Internet Connection via (e.g. ISDN, DSL, or other Dedicated Access).
- Supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Netscape Navigator, version 4.7 or higher for both.
- A computer to host the RNS Web Administrator, typically a Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP Workstation.
- Digital Photos of your units. These can easily be taken by your existing personnel with a wide variety of today's typical digital cameras. (Ask for our tips about sizing and quality of these images).
- Optional, but included with the RNS Web Administrator is the ability to dynamically define an unlimited number of Virtual Tour Links per unit. This functionality does require an additional cost for filming and on-site or off-site file service that is linked to your web site.
