Will I need a separate accounting program? RNS is both a complete reservations AND trust accounting package. Besides the reservations features you will be able to collect and report revenue to owners, pay commissions, pay vendors and much more. All transactions pertaining to the trust accounts are maintained in the RNS software. There is no need to export the detail into your operation accounting system.

How long does it take to install after I order? A good estimation is probably 3-4 weeks. We are normally booked out 3 weeks in advance for installations and even longer during the fall and winter seasons. To be on the safe side, we recommend placing your order at least six weeks before you plan on having it installed.
What about technical support? Technical support is available by phone, fax or e-mail; Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST. After hours, customers have access to our full list of helpful Tech Notes and an online knowledge base located on our website. You can also download current versions, update utilities and report files. If you need to send us your data, you can transfer it to our FTP site.
