Software Training & Support Technician

Job Description:

• Internet training on all aspects of the RNS program
• Support end-users for all software issues and service requests
• Testing of new program features and releases

Skills:

• Responsible, high energy, accountability
• Experience in the vacation rental industry
• Ability to multitask
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
• Good organizational skills
• Solid end user computer experience preferred
